What is on offer from the NDACA Wing at Bucks
Based at the heart of Bucks’ Gateway library, the NDACA Wing is a highly accessible study facility with a mix of public and quiet study environments. A dedicated computer terminal offers access to the full NDACA catalogue, oral history films and other digital study materials. The Wing contains a wealth of artwork, explanatory exhibits, tactile models and a specialist library collection providing a full introduction to the range and impact of the Disability Arts Movement.
What is on offer from the NDACA Repository at Bucks
The NDACA Repository is a secure archival store for items that are too fragile or valuable for open display in the NDACA Wing. It contains a wealth of original documents, artworks in various media, posters and photographs. All these items are listed in the digital NDACA catalogue on this website, but some collections remain relatively unexplored, providing a wealth of opportunities for academic research and study.
Book a Visit
In order for us to provide the best service to you we require all visitors to the wing and repository to book no later than 2 working days in advance of their visit and we are unable to welcome visitors into the wing who have not pre-booked. Accessibility is facilitated by the library staff.
